Peppermint Rd

Springfield, PennsylvaniaFeb 12, 20120 Comments

The entire length of Peppermint Rd is watched constantly. The hill in particular is posted at a ridiculous 25 MPH. This hill is very steep and it is almost impossible to get your car up it at 25 MPH unless you drop it into low. Police will sit on the side street between RT 212 and Highland and nail anyone going faster than the posted limit. They will also ticket you on the hill itself regardless if you are going up or coming down.

A marked car sits back on Overhill Road facing Rolling Road. I have been waiting outside for a delivery and saw a cop pull over more than 12 cars in about 1 1/2 hrs. Beware!
