Grosstown Rd & Old Reading Pike near Apex FCU

Stowe, PennsylvaniaNov 02, 20100 Comments

This is the section of Grosstown Rd running between the 422 expressway and High Street. At this intersection, there are stop signs for traffic on Grosstown Rd, but not Old Reading Pike. After dark, the police hide out watching, and will ticket you for "running a stop sign" if you don’t come to a complete (and I mean complete!) stop, even if there is no other traffic for miles in any direction. Best bet is come to a full stop, "count to three", and then go.

Before the Airport

Before the airport coming from High Street they sit at the closed meat plant. If coming from Wal-Mart towards High Street you will not see them because of the trees. It is a 25 mph zone.

McCoy Road near The Tap Club

Stowe, PennsylvaniaSep 10, 20081 Comments

There are marked and unmarked cars that sit out in the open as well as hidden in the Tap Club’s parking lot just waiting for you and beware of your window tint. FYI… Watch out for their newest elderly and ignorant addition AKA "The Killbuck Natzi!"
