They use what is called an ESP. It’s a laser beam that is posted on a telephone pole at 370 Ross rd. Officers sit at the Ross rd. business center parking lot flagging people down once they run through the beam. The speed posted is 25mph, they give 11mph over the limit. Anything after that is a ticket.
