Speed trap is located on Rt. 116 (Knotty Oak Rd). in Coventry, approximately 2/10 of a mile South of Hope Furnace Rd., on the bend immediately after Clarke Rd. Local police lie in wait after this curve, which is partially obscured to oncoming drivers as well. (Location is 2.5 miles North of Knotty Oak Cemetery on the left side of the road).

They sit in the NAPA parking lot and get you for 5 miles over.
New London Tpk
Between Hopkins Hill Rd and bottom of the hill.Coventry police sit back on the right hand side of the road at the bottom of the hill, in the old entrance to the gravel pit.
State Route 116 near State Route 117
In the large parking lot at the end of 116 in Coventry, right before it crosses at the light with 117, across the street from the Tae Kwon Doe place, Coventry police will frequently sit and wait. They seem to pull over anyone at all between the hours of 11pm and 3-4 am, regardless of speed limit or violation.

State Route 117 near Sandy Bottom Road
They sit in the parking lot of a car sales place there pretty easy to see if you’re coming off of Sandy Bottom Road seeing as they’re staring you in the face but if you’re coming down 117 they get you.
