Route 138 Eastbound
Staties hide in the bushes slightly after the Helm St. Exit. The speed limit is 40 mph after coming from the Jamestown Bridge, which is 45 mph.

Eastbound on rt 138 between North Kingstown and Jamestown. They’re hiding in a such a way as to tag you after you pass the crest of the Jamestown bridge. Advise you decellerate on the crest of the bridge. They especially like saturdays.
State Route 4 near Between Newport Bridge and Jamestown Bridge
Sit on the highway median, as well as in some bushes after the Jamestown bridge heading southbound/eastbound. The speed limit is about 45. The road looks like an interstate, and the speed limit should be 65, or more. Catch tourists here like no other. A really exploitative place to catch people.
North Main Road near State Highway 138 overpass
Local police will sit under the overpass, on the sidewalk, facing south. Very hard to see in the shadows. Also, further south, as you go down a big hill, they sit down a driveway on the west side.
