The Chief has a 2013 Doge Challenger black with red stripes fully equipped completely unmarked. Hidden blue lights. He is a fair person but at 10 over the speed limit you are his. I do not see this as entrapment.

US Highway 301

US 301 is a wide four lane road but many parts in Allendale and Bamberg Counties are marked for 55 mph when going 70 or more would be perfectly safe. The police know many people use this route to Florida as an alternate to I-95 and they watch for out of state plates. I was stopped for going 65 and the fine was over $100. While this is a good alternate route to I-95, watch closely to avoid going more than 10 mph over the speed limit.

Coming into the outskirts of Allendale from either direction the speed limit signs are posted long before you see any development or cross streets. Also, the signs seem to be strategically placed where they would be easy to overlook.

Coming down a small hill going into a curve as you are leaving town. The officer hides in the lot of a Car repair garage and waits for people coming down the hill. This is a town known for profiling white drivers. The town uses fines to support the police and town governments
