Highway 176   Campobello, South Carolina

This is to confirm that the Highway 11 trap listed is for certain. They also stay on Highway 176 on both sides of town. Not only are the night time courts horrific, but the daytime as well, fight the ticket? forget it, they can't make money that way. It would be one thing if they really had a problem, but come on people? Campobello ? There's not even anything there worth slowing down for.

State Highway 11   Campobello, South Carolina

As you come down a slight hill into the town of Campobello, there is an area where there is a ball field called the Field of Dreams. The town has several officers who try to out do each other in the number of tickets written..Typical is when the "trial" date is at night with an "acting" judge, you wish to fight the ticket your case is at the end of the line.Plead guilty, pay the lady your $$$ and leave.Usual fine $150. or more for the smallest infraction. Those who fight the ticket are usually there past 11 or 12 o'clock at night.. By all means, avoid this place..they survive on ticket money!
