Vance, South Carolina Speed Traps

4 miles South of Santee & I-95 Interstate on Hwy. 6 speed limit slows from 55 mph to 45 mph within the "town limits" of Vance (not even a warning or traffic light!?!?); Police Chief sits @ convenience store on right; purely a $ making venture….no reason for speed limit so slow

Cop usually parks at convinience store, in a low area.
Cannot be seen until you are right at him. Only income for a town that should not even exist.
