Speed Limits leaving the residential area are still at 25 mph increasing to 35 mph before you get to the 394 Bypass. These are ludicrous. The speed limits should be at least 35 mph to 45 mph for the same exact areas.

Traveling East around King College on King College Road just before Booher Road the police sit on the side road (East State Street)with radar in hand. The posted speed limit is 25 mph however traveling at a slightly higher speed is safe. The entire road around King College is considered a School Zone even though it is not posted as such. So you get a ticket for speeding and it is for speeding in a school zone. Be vigilant!
