State Trooper was on the side of the interstate behind the guard rails. You wouldn’t see him until you pass him. I was ticketed going northbound into Kentucky. This is a highly rural area. And nothing around this area for miles. But there is cops around. I was ticketed going 82 in a 70. Be careful and especially if you have out of state plates.
