Chapel Hill, Tennessee Speed Traps

The Chapel Hill, Tennessee patrol US 31-A several time a day. They will park behind the Chapel Hill Elementry School sign to catch people going south where they can not be seen and as people going north as there is a top of a hill just south of the sign. Another place is just south of the south city limits by pulling in a place where a bank of dirt between the highway and a parking place where they can catch people going north. There is a 40 mph speed limit three and a half mile from the start of Horton Park and to the 30 mile speed limit just before you get to Lawerance funeral home.
