Mount Carmel, Tennessee Speed Traps

Mount Carmel, Tennessee has a new mobile unit. Since this unit is mobile it’s location will change on a daily or weekly basis. All the units they own are placed near natural incline and decline areas where natural drift speed can and usually does occur. Officials state they are not using these stationary or mobile units as revenue generators, but as a safety measure. Fact is, with their blatant placements and the fact they use them at all says otherwise. They are being used as speed traps, revenue generators and big brother cameras.
