speed limit goes from 50 mph to 30 mph at city limits
no reduced speed warning. Police will lie and say he clocked you in city limits
when he actually clocks you before youget there. He is sitting at city limits
at cemetery. He will also refuse your legal right to see speed gun. This is a violation of proof. He may be clocking an inbred relative.

Officers are sitting in south bound lane and shooting radar through a maze of road signs in the median towards North Bound traffic on US Hwy 43, and using the improperly obtained erronous readings and writing tickets for excessive speeds in the average range of 20 mph over the posted limit, Everytime a breeze disturbs the signs it generates false readings. Laws to my knowledge state no objects are to be in the line of sight between radar unit and target being clocked.

I was clocked for a speed in excess of 20mph over the limit in a vehicle that is incapable of running the speed cited on the ticket. I was trying to obey the speed limit. My prior experiences with the court through friends who have had the misfortune of experiencing Mt PLeasants Justice system, is that hearings are delayed repeatedly and as much of your time as is possible is wasted waiting for “Speedy Justice” to occur. Radar operations by officers there displays INCOMPETENCE in the accurate operation of their units.

Officer likes to hide in the median, just on the north side of the bridge, lying in wait for northbound traffic. Officers tend to be stationed every mile or so, lying in wait along a stretch of about nine miles, beginning here, along US 43.
