9800 Confederate Park Rd, Azle, TX   Azle, Texas

Lots of little hills along this road, especially through the "construction" zones which stretches for almost 3 miles. Lakeside police sit at bottom of hills waiting for you to come over then they get you with the doppler. Tickets here will be about $140.00.

Hwy 199 traveling S. E. at the outskirts of Azle   Azle, Texas

At this point 199 is under construction but no work has been done for nearly a year. Traffic is diverted to a nice two lane (so-called) service road, where Azle cops are almost always lurking. I have traveled in 48 states and believe this stretch of road can easily & safely handle 50-55 MPH but is slowed to 40 MPH for many miles. Just last week they moved in road machinery & are starting to continue construction. However, at no point does the construction equipment need to cross or impare traffic on the acess road.

Azle Pd sits just beyond the bridge past Boyd Rd.FM 730 N usually facing the west bound traffic

South Stewart Street near Golfers Way   Azle, Texas

The speed limit is posted at 30mph. It is way too slow for this stretch of road. Azle police hide around corners and in the gate of the golf course.
