Belt Line Road near Pioneer and Spring Oaks   Balch Springs, Texas

This is a construction zone that actually has construction approximately 1 day of the entire week. A stretch of about 2 miles, the speed limit is 20! Part of it is in a school zone, that is expected to be 20 mph, this applies 7 days a week! No defensive driving - because it is a 'construction zone'.
