Bedford Road between 157 and 121   Bedford, Texas

Cops will sit on the north side of Bedford Road between 157 and 121. The speed limit is 35, but should be 45. There are no residential houses that face Bedford Road. Bedford Road is two lanes each direction with a dedicated turn lane. The only thing on each side of the road is the back of houses and a row of shrubs that sepeates the back of houses from the road. Cops sit on side roads waiting for someone to come down the hill traveling over 35. This is a bad speed trap.

Forest Ridge Dr. between Hwy. 183 and Pipeline Rd.   Bedford, Texas

Speed limit is 30 with a school zone in the middle. Police will be parked on side streets (mainly on the west side of Forest Ridge), and sometimes there are multiple units on several streets. Prime time for pullovers is 7:30 - 8:30 when people are rushing to get to the highway for work, or taking their kids to school at Central Junior High (which is what I was doing when I got pulled over!).

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
