E. 18th St. & Highland Ave.   National City, California

By the Jack In the Box coming from the DMV they installed a no turn on red sign and they are hiding behind the bushes at the Jack In the Box and when you turn right they jump out of the bushes and ticket ya.

8th Street near L Avenue   National City, California

Travelling whether east or westbound on 8th Street, the road is a hill between K Ave and L Ave. Obviously vehicles will either try to speed up to climb the hill or drivers will come down fast when heading the other direction. It's a speed trap. Usually the traffic cop is parked at the start of the hill on L Ave facing towards the climb of the hill on 8th street.

Sweetwater Road near lane turns into one   National City, California

On both sides of Sweetwater Road near the Plaza bonita stop lights, including opposite directions everyone must merge into one lane you. This road gets traffic backed up during the hours of 3:00-8:00. A Chp officer hides on one street which has a slight curve so you don't see him. If you are near the Plaza Bonita on Sweetwater Road be careful the officer hides on one of the streets near a secluded and private area.
