Anywhere on Esther which is perpendicular to 29th St. (Close to Blinn)   Bryan, Texas

There are two motorcycle cops out pulling over as many people as possible right after lunch. It is a 30 mph speed limit and I got pulled over today for going 38 mph. They basically just stand out in the street and motion cars over to the side. Be careful!
