Schoenthal Road near Lewis Ranch Road   Comal, Texas

For no apparent reason, the speed limit drops from 45 to 30 at this intersection. I frequently see a Sheriff's deputy parked at the entrance to Lewis Ranch, where the rock walls make him impossible to see from either direction until you are well inside the 30mph zone. I have not been ticketed because I do slow down going through the intersection, partly out of respect for the law, partly to annoy the people who are already tailgating me in the 45 zones.

US Highway 281 near FM 1863   Comal, Texas

US 281 Southbound between Hway 46 and 1863, bottom of the valley in the driveway. There are two steep hills that aid speed so watch your speed. Looking to get excessive speeders since I regularly pass them at 8 over.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
