Speed limit 70 quiclky drops to 55 then to 45 then immediately to 40. Anyone over 2 mph will be pulled over.

This town also immediately confiscates a vehicle for no proof of insurance and the owner better prvide proof within 14 days or the vehicle will be sold by the city.

speed limts reduce very fast officer dont patrol the city
constantly make stops at time 3-4 units only 1 stop light in town

HWY 77 south   Driscoll, Texas

This is a small town one passes on the way to the Rio Grande Valley. You are going 70 mph highway speeds then must slow to 30 mph in this town. The cops will be hidden in bushes or behind a sign. Safety issues are a laugh the only goal is money to fund this small town. This is a sad-looking impoversihed town but their stealing from travelers is no better than mugging morally.
