Uses an unmarked Caprice and a Crown Victoria. The mayor of the city has stated her intent to use the police department to increase revenue. I have seen a citation for 3mph over the limit, and have heard of one for 2mph over. You will also get a citation for every violation they can find, and you will be stopped "military"" style. "
