City police car hidden near speed zone change on north side of the small town of La Ward, Tx on Hwy 172 that runs north/south between Ganado, Tx on Hwy 59 to the north and Hwy 35 that runs along the Texas coast from Palacios to Port Lavaca on the south. Officer claimed to have used radar to determine speed. Doubtful. Valentine One detector never alerted on any radar or laser band anywhere in the town.
