Cop on Motorcycle sits at Forrest Hill across frm Trader Joe's at PG awaits speeding cars. Even if you were within the 10 mile limit of 35 mph, you are busted with a VC22350 violation, hard to fight. No radar warning is posted....

Highway 68 ( Forest ave.) and Prescott st.   Pacific Grove, California

Motorcycle cop sits at the Shell Gas station, catching drivers not stopping at red light who are making a right hand turn from 68 ( forest ave.) onto Prescott st. Also he is looking for cell phone use. This cop is rented from Carmel PD. Usually in Pacific Grove on Tuesdays. He is not nice!

17th Street Street near Ocean View Boulevard   Pacific Grove, California

Cops sit in their patrol car in the Senior Apts back public parking lot. They park over parking spaces in the direction of 17th street, ready to catch anyone not stopping or speeding at this intersection. Usually there early in the day but not the afternoons.

All   Pacific Grove, California

Pacific Grove has a reputation among locals for very aggressive posture regarding ticketing. They have very little crime and a large city payroll so are looking for all ways to add to city coffers. I don't go there unless I have to.
