State Trooper(s) indiscriminately writing speed tickets. One of them will say that you were doing over 80 as you were coming over the hill even thought YOU KNOW that you weren’t going that fast. Then he’ll change the story and say the radar got you at a lower speed but he has to write you up for the higher speed.
