Interstate 35 North/South near 1604 Loop

North Bexar, TexasSep 26, 20061 Comments

IH-35, North and Southbound Lanes between Loop 1604 and Exit 184, Rueckle Road near the south end of New Braunfels. About 11 miles. Between the hours of 4am-9am, there is massive police presence on this interstate. I pass an average of 3-5 cruisers daily, all with the same intentions, curbing speeders. Expect Texas State Troopers, Selma/Schertz PD, Bexar and Comal County Sherriff’s Dept. all taking part. They hide out bedind overpass pillars and on the grassy patches that are not visible to you until you pass them. They also stage up on overpass bridges and off on the access roads. These guys are relentless. I once had 4 cruisers surround me as I cruised along at the speed limit one morning, which scared me. Thankfully they all sped off. Be warned!
