SAM HOUSTON (between jackson and cage)   Pharr, Texas

This is ridiculous. Who in the hell is going to drive 30mph on that street. It takes almost 5 minutes to get to Jackson from Cage (281). Havent been pulled over though. (Try driving on Kelly)

Sam Houston Street near Between Blue Bonnet St. and Jackson Rd.   Pharr, Texas

Usually at or in front of the Funeral Home. Common to see vehicles pulled over every 30 minutes to an hour or so on this 4 lane street.
