Just antoine the cop who loves run port arthur area and catch you really anywhere..Cop of year for tickets…tickets for 6 miles over run abmost $200 and not coming complete stop if see you at stop sign..$200 now has new cars cameras and can run licence check by time get by them,,if have outstanding warrents..you are gone to jail..

Hwy 69 near central mall and walmart watched close also..Just everywhere in PA he is there..

On Sara Jane Rd. off of 39th St. down to Pinetop rd.

There is usually a cop parked under a big oak tree on the right hand side on private property about 1/4 mile from 39th going to Pinetop…or the canal further down. You cannot see him because he is pretty far off the road. Better do the 30 mph limit…..he’ll nail you….no if’s and’s or but’s.

On Highway 82 between the intersection of Hwy 87 and the Sabine River bridge (by the Valero refinery), the speed limit very quickly drops from 65 to 45. A radar-equipped unit is almost always working both sides of the highway in the afternoon/evening using radar. Sometimes in the early morning too.

Usually between 9th Ave light and Hogaboom Road, there is a patrol working those 2 overpasses on Twin City Hwy. and is usually parked on one side or the other to catch speeders after they crossover.

City of Port Arthur has one patrol car that works this area alsmost exclusively. From January to October 2007 he has written over 7000 tickets. It has been useful in slowing down traffic; there are no warnings, if he stops you, you get the ticket.
