Dove Rd   South Lake, Texas

Once you leave Grapevine, you enter South Lake on Dove Rd.. They drop the speed limit to an annoying 30 MPH and then sit there and hand out tickets so their cops can get a check. No warnings here for barely moving. Completely rediculous!!!! The alternative is to drive on 114 the other speed trap. If possible never take yourself or any money to South lake TX. They are petty and rediculous. They have rich people that live there. They should just tax them instead of tricking and penalising all of the drivers that drive there. I'm glad that cop isn't a cop in my town. We need real cops not pencil pushing ticket writers.

State Highway 114 near State Highway 121   South Lake, Texas

Motorcycle patrolman sits on shoulder of west bound 114. Would not approach drivers door because of traffic density, but offered to let me see radar if I wished to exit drivers side.
Traffic would not allow safe egress. cruise control set on 58, speed limit set at 65. Officer claimed to laser me at 80mph. Some things are physically impossible. I am retired peace officer and will fight this one. South Lake no longer seems afraid of the NTHSF, but I will report it anyway. When truth no longer matters, justice cannot be found.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
