The speed limit starts at 30 mph at the first US 90 highway marker, it goes up to 45, 55, 65, and then 70 after a mile past the East- US 90 marker. just south of I-10 in Van Horn, Culberson County Sheriffs are patrollimg from time to time, especially coming northbound near I-10 where it goes down to 30.

Texas highway patrol sit at the bottom of hills waiting for
people coasting down hills. Tells people they are speeding when they have cruise control set for speed limit 75. Mainly pulls out of state drivers ans they are rude on top of it. got told i was doing 90 when i was doing 80 on cruise control.
