@IH45 and HW 1097 Knoll of hill   Willis, Texas

The City of Willis sits on top of a hill at the crossroads of HW 1097 (East and West) and IH 45 ( runs North and South) . Troopers sit on either side IH 45 and catch speeders as they come into line of sight. It is an excellent ambush for the expected driver.
