I-15 North at Bernardo Center Drive   Rancho Bernardo, California

During the morning commute Motorcycle cop sits at top of exit with radar gun checking speeds on everyone going north15 passing the Bernardo Drive exit

I-15 Rancho Bernardo area - southbound Commuter Lanes   Rancho Bernardo, California

Communter Lane thru Rancho Bernardo - the CHP motorcycle cops can be found anywhere between Lake Hodges and the Carmel Mountain Rd. overpass. The Commuter Lanes thru this region have uphill curves and downhill curves for the CHP motorcycle cop to "suddenly appear" as well as the Carmel Mountain Rd. overpass to hide underneath - in the shadows. I even saw a CHP motorcycle cop setup one time on the southbound side at the Ted Williams HOV onramp "S" curve Use caution and use your radar detector

I-15 Northbound by Duenda Rd.   Rancho Bernardo, California

Motorcycle office Damschen sits on his bike pulling people over. I fought him in court and lost, even with my 10 pages of documentation. In all cases fighting him that Christmas Eve, including mine, they were all ticketed for 89 MPH. The judge and the cops are all in bed together, in it for the $$$. It's a scam that needs to be stopped! Drive slow on 15 North by RB and stick to a cluster of cars! If Damschen 17717 gets you, you are SOL !

West Bernardo Dr.   Rancho Bernardo, California

At the north end of West Bernardo Dr., near the Casa de la Campanas Senior Residence and near the signal for the entrance to the RB Community Park... as you come up the hill (southbound) from I-15 and come around the curve where the signal is, a motorcycle cop will nail you with radar.
