On DaVall Drive between Frank Sinatra and Gerald Ford a motorcycle traffic cop waits in any one of the gated community entrances to catch speeding and seatbelt violators. Going north OR south on DaVall...beware!

Motorcycle cop likes to sit on Clancy Lane right befor the bridge on Bob Hope heading south. He hides behind the tall shrubs.

Gerald Ford Drive near Bob Hope Drive   Rancho Mirage, California

The speed limit along Gerald Ford is 50 MPH - a great speed. But you can often find a motorcycle cop just west of Bob Hope Drive - right by the fire station - in the center divide, radar gun pointing east along Gerald Ford. He's there mostly during daylight hours, not so much after dark. (That may be when he's over on Dinah Shore at the Westin!). Gerald Ford Drive is a "limited access" road. There are only a few (maybe a dozen?) walled developments along Gerald Ford and so only a dozen or so streets. It's a great, wide, smooth and well done road and that makes you want to go even faster than 50! But watch-out! The cops are there quite regularly!
