PV Drive South Portugese Bend   Rancho Palos Verdes, California

Beware of Deputy with the new move over law in California beware ! He will park along the shoulder of the road and stand near the trunk of his cruiser. The move over law states if there is an emergency vehicle parked on the right shoulder with multiple lanes .. a vehicle must slow down to 20 mph or move over to the next lane away from the emergency vehicle while passing.... He likes to park in the turnout at Portugese Bend and get speeders rounding the blind curve...

Palos Verdes Drive South   Rancho Palos Verdes, California

Across from Wayfarers Chapel hidden around Portuguese Bend section a LA County Sheriff sits almost every morning at 6:30am. I see him on my way to and from Palos Verdes High School and always someone has been stopped. Rancho Palos Verdes City Council needs to think seriously about imposing an additional tax on it's residents in the form of traffic tickets. Citizens of PV do not like the surveillance. Vote NO for Red light cameras.
