Farmville, Virginia Speed Traps

Speed limit is 45 here but there is not much signage. Patrolled on Labor Day 2016. Speeding tkts in VA cost $6 per mile over the limit plus $61 in extra fees.

Two lane 55 limit very easy to exceed on up and down hill terrain

In the mornings during the week there is usually a patrol in this area and the roads off of Main Street. The speed limit drops from 45 to 35 here and then 25 once you cross the bridge into town. I’ve seen many people pulled over here.

This area of town is always heavily patrolled buy police.This whole corridor from the town limits to Main and Third is almost always patrolled. Day and night.
