Fauquier, Virginia Speed Traps

There is a small white church with a gravel driveway that officers will post at. The turn onto Rogues rd. leads you into Vint Hill. This is also a major, major site for road blocks on holidays. This road is known as Dumfries rd. but it’s Route 605.

State and County law enforcement officers regularly sit in the turn around lane or patrol the straight stretch known by locals as "Meadowville Stretch."

Usually state troopers will be in the center median monitoring both north and southbound traffic you cannot see them coming from the south

Route 28/ Catlett Road heading north or south near that Menonite Church. Troopers usually sit on top of the hill watching traffic coming north bound, but deputies run moving radar in this area.

Speed limit is posted at 45MPH.

Usually faceing northbound traffic and sets in the median strip at the crest of the hill just north of Rt.777 between Warrenton and I-66.
