Main Street Boulevard near Univ of Vermont
This is Exit 14 off of I-89, heading south into Burlington. Speed drops from 35MPH to 25MPH just off the Interstate on what is a wide, separated boulevard that runs in front of University of Vermont. Get this – the UVM cops (not Burlington) sit in their driveway with their radar guns (this was late at night – about 1AM) and issue tickets. Just beware.
North Avenue near Institute Road
On North Ave, going north toward the New North end, you pass the cemetery, start going down the hill toward Institute Road where Burlington High School/North Beach Park are on the leFort Cops are at the top of the hill in the Bus turn-around circle right by highschool. Limit is 25.
Spear Street near Quarry Hill Road
On Spear St, as you pass the UVM athletic center the Speed Limit is 35. As you head south, for the next half mile, they are waiting for people to acceleate thinking they are clear of this unduely restrictive trap.
Barley Road near Plattsburg Avenue
Police park on the corner of Barley Road and Plattsburg Ave. trapping motorists headed south on Plattsburg Ave.
