State Route 131 near State Highway Route 103   Cavendish, Vermont

Going either eastbound or westbound.....Local Sheriff "parks" in entrance to old schoolhouse (for westbound traffic) and parks in the entrance to the town dump/landfill when traveling westbound. The problem is they park just before a speed limit sign....which is new and the speed limit is now 40mph down from 50mph for eastbound traffic.....The westbound traffic is in an area where speedlimit used to be 50mph and is now 40mph
