Rosamond Boulevard near Interstate 14   Rosamond, California

Rosamond Blvd west of the freeway. Mostly patrolled by Kern County Sheriff's dept. These guys love writing tickets in the school zones and are infamous for writing whether or NOT "Children are Present." Speed limit of 45MPH when NO children are present, 25MPH when they are. Make the cop count and specify on the citation the number of children present and where they are. (but only if you're in the right!) If none are present, you've already beat him. I did!
