Just into village of Danville. Speed limit drops from 50 to 40 to 25 and is strictly patroled by County Sheriff. Regular travelers through the town follow the speed limit like a NASCAR pitroad.

Caledonia County Sheriff & occasionally State Police strictly enforce 30 MPH limit through town, 25 MPH when school in session. Most locals slow right down, but be careful if you are by yourself! Sheriff also monitors traffic westbound through West Danville as vehicles enter the village.
