Killington, Vermont Speed Traps

Officer parks in residential driveway in unmarked car and picks off cars headed East on US RT 4 from Rutland to Killington. Several years ago this officer was given an award by the State of Vermont for issuing the most tickets in any one year. What a way to welcome visitors to our State.

Everyone visiting Killington should be aware that the State Police have taken the access road by storm- keep to the reasonable posted speed, make sure all your lights work and you do not "weave". Driving perfectly is what they demand, so just do it and they will have nothing to do!
