Lincoln Village Drive near Routier Road   Sacramento, California

3 motorcycle cops sitting in a row at an area about 100 ft west of the stop sign at Routier Rd. With a radar gun they jump out and flash you down. This is a 25 MPH zone and they have clocked you from way back. I was ticketed for 35 in this zone and saw at least 7 other cars stopped at the same location within the same time fame.

Motorcycle hidden behind foliage at bottom of hill.

Fair Oaks Boulevard near Arden Way   Sacramento, California

Between Gordon and Garfield CHP in white cruisers sit with Radar/Laser guns. Posted speed limit is 40 MPH, and traffic generally flows at between 40 and 45 MPH. Don't exceed 45, or you are asking for a ticket, but be safe and keep closer to 40.

Riverside Boulevard near Park Riviera Way   Sacramento, California

Sac PD Motor Officers often park(hide) on side streets between Park Riviera Way and Windbridge Drive aiming their radar guns at on coming traffic. Traffic often exceeds the posted 40 mph limit by as much as 10-15 mph.

Capitol City/Business 80 Expressway near Fulton Avenue   Sacramento, California

Officers in cruisers park and do paperwork in the shooting club parking lot located to the north of the expresswayway from where they've a clear view of the west-bound offramp to Fulton Ave. and tag people who roll through the stop sign at the top of the offramp.
