Russel Road near US Highway 101

Salinas, CaliforniaSep 26, 20070 Comments

A highway patrol officer will usually be sitting on the side of the road waiting for people that exit highway 101 North onto Russel road. Also closer towards the end of Russel heading toward San Juan Grade, the speed limit falls from 45mph to 35mph and I have seen several cars stopped right at this point when the speed just suddenly drops.
