Speed reduces from 60 mph to 35 mph nobody slows down and police know it

Police have been hiding to catch speeders on Filbert Rd recently on the 2-mile strip – West of of the Bothell-Everett Hwy to North Road near the 7-11.

NE 145th St. East and West Bound, – East of crossroad 84th Ave. NE – have hills that go down into a mutual dip. The speed limit should be 35 mph as there are very few houses and lots of greenbelt, however it is 25mph. It has been a long time since I saw a child walk there. This is not a school zone. What usually happens is people will coast down the hill and try to pick up momentum to make it up the other side. Don’t do this anymore. Cop wearing green with bike

State Patrol sits by ramp merging on to I-5 by guard rail and nails you coming down the incline of the Freeway. Usually one or two Biker cops.

State Patrol sits by guard rail 3/4 of mile after merging on to 405 and captures you as you crest the hill. the location is right where the new Jersey Barrier’s stop. One is there and usually two more seem to be close by in the hidden turnarounds.
