Just after the Carolyn/164th onramp, there is a spot on the right shoulder, behind bushes, where a CHP sometimes sits with his radar gun. I've seen him there several Wednesday mornings around 9.

The same over weight cop on the motorcycle that is on Wick/Merced, he usually there at this corner infront of the Laundry mat in the morning till maybe 9am..

One Motorcyle policeman works this area on a weekly/daily basis. Any streets surrounding this area is where this policeman seems to make his home. At least 20 people at work/family have received speeding tickets in this area.
