Front of Fire Station near Fremont St & Hwy 67
A local squad sits infront of the Kiel Fire Station just west of the intersection of Fremont St. and Hwy 67. He is watching to the west for cars coming around a curve leaving Kiel. He is not noticable until you have come around the curve.
North side of Kiel on Hwy 57 near city limits
Hwy 57 near the city limits on the north side of Kiel. The local squad likes to sit in two different spots here. He monitors traffic in and out of town while sitting close in the shadows at the El Camino restraunte (west side of hwy).
The other spot he uses is the big parking lot in front of a funeral home also on the west side of the hwy. Here he parks closer to the hwy. attempting to blend in with a walkway and ditch.
State Highway 57 Business near Mill Street
Patrols sit on the south side of Water St.(Bus.32&57) near Mill Rd. facing the East for oncoming traffic from the West. Very easy to speed thru this area. Speed limit is 25.
