Potosi, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Village of Potosi Wis on St Route 133, 2 miles south of the intersection of Sr 61 and 133 at Tennyson Wis. in Grant County. Speed limmit is 25 mph at SR 133 South to Potosi, changes to various other speed limits and back again to 25 mph heading down a short hill to the center of town. It is in this short hill to the center of town the local patrolman claims we were traveling at 42mph in a 25 zone. I say no way. Stayed at twenty five mph the whole way because it was dark and rainy. I would like to know how that Potosi cop got that radar working in the rain. (Village of Potosi – Grant Co.)
