Turtle, Wisconsin Speed Traps

As people come off the interstate into Beloit on Shopiere Rd. (a 1.3 mile distance) they pass through 3 juristictions. The first is Turtle township, and Town of Beloit before they enter the City at White Oaks. Turtle township routinely sets up on Hart Rd, and stops people speeding coming off the interstate, as it is a fairly umpopulated area and the speed limit changes very quickly from 55mph to 25 mph. There is no warning of reduced speed ahead. It wore on my nerves that they were constantly pulling cars over in front of my house, which put a damper on my idealic porch sitting activity. I did complain and the activity slowed for awhile but it is still happening quite a bit. (Turtle – Rock County)
