I have commuted from Madison to Minneapolis every month for the last two years. I only remember twice where I didn’t see an officer in their car with the radar out. They like to sit in the U-turn that is nearly surrounded by trees, and it is hard to see them until it is too late. The gravel u-turn is right before exit 87 westbound.

Wisconsin Dells Pkwy

Many of Wisconsin Dells most popular attractions are located on this stretch of road. The combintion of tourists and the two most popular bars cause this roadway have around 2-4 cop cars a couple hours before and a hour after bar time. During the summer there is a firestation (across from kfc and near moosejaw) that is also a place where cops seem to keep a pretty good eye on the traffic.
