Craggie Hope Road runs between Hwy 70 near White Bluff and the township of Kingston Springs, TN. The speed limit drops to 30 miles several miles out of Kingston Springs on a rural section of road. The local officer parks in a driveway next to a downhill bridge and uses radar. You have to stay on the brakes to stay below 30 in that downhill rural area. He seems to be raising funds for the township. It has been noticed that he focuses on out of town license plates. Beware.
