Cherry Hills Blvd   Sun City, California

A very wide street with 2 lanes in each direction and a median divider about 1/3 of the way between Bradley & Murrieta Rd. It is a mix of residential condos and a golf course and a senior center. Most streets in this area with this description are posted at 35 to 50 MPH. This one is posted 25 MPH. You have to consciously keep your speed down while being passed by other cars. Frequently a black & white is parked just out of sight at about Grosse Point with a radar gun. Its like shooting fish in a barrel!

Lazy Creek Street near Bradley Road   Sun City, California

The police back into the church parking lot at Lazy Creek & Bradley, and target drivers on Lazy Creek. The speed is posted just once at 25mph, so many people ignore it or are not aware. Watch yourselves!
